Job summary

Cencora is seeking an Information Security Human Risk Analyst II to coordinate and deliver Human Risk program activities, including security training, phishing simulations, onboarding, and awareness communications. You will translate security expectations into engaging, behavior-focused experiences for team members and support audit-ready documentation.

You will collaborate with Information Security, HR, Legal and other partners to drive improvements, track milestones, and provide concise status

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• 2–4 years of information security awareness, training operations or related program coordination.
• Experience with phishing simulations and reporting metrics.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate security training deployments, logistics and communications.
• Support end-to-end phishing campaign operations and learning reinforcement.
• Manage onboarding and role-based training workstreams.
• Draft learner communications and job aids with clear language.
• Track milestones, risks and status updates for initiatives.
• Maintain audit-ready evidence for training and communications.
• Analyze results and identify improvement opportunities and gaps.
• Collaborate with Information Security, HR, Legal and other stakeholders.
