Job summary

Cencora is seeking an Information Security Human Risk Analyst II in the Harrisburg area to coordinate security training programs and phishing simulations. You will translate security expectations into practical, behavior-focused learning experiences to help team members spot and report risks.

The role supports onboarding, role-based training, and stakeholder communications, while maintaining audit-ready documentation and cross-functional collaboration with HR, Legal, and IT security teams.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of related experience in information security awareness and training operations.
• Experience with phishing simulations and program coordination.
• Experience writing and delivering clear, business-friendly security communications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recurring and targeted Information Security training deployments.
• Support end-to-end simulated phishing campaigns, including planning and results review.
• Manage Human Risk workstreams like onboarding and role-based training.
• Draft learner communications and knowledge articles with a clear, supportive tone.
• Track milestones and provide concise status updates to program leads.
• Collect audit-ready evidence for training, phishing, and communications.
• Review results to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate with cross-functional partners across IT security, HR, Legal, and business stakeholders.
