Job summary

Cencora is seeking an Information Security Human Risk Analyst II to coordinate and deliver Human Risk program activities. You will support security training, simulated phishing, onboarding, and learner communications to help team members spot and report risks.

The role involves partnering with Information Security, HR, Legal, and other stakeholders, maintaining audit-ready documentation, and providing concise status updates to program leads. Full-time role based in the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Communications, Cybersecurity, Business, Education, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years in information security awareness, training operations, communications, phishing simulation, instructional support, or program coordination.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recurring and targeted Information Security training deployments with logistics and communication planning.
• Support phishing campaign operations from planning to post-campaign learning reinforcement.
• Manage Human Risk workstreams such as onboarding, role-based training, and manager communications.
• Draft learner communications, job aids, and SOPs using clear, supportive language.
• Track milestones, risks, dependencies, and open issues with status updates for stakeholders.
• Collect and maintain audit-ready evidence for training, phishing, and communications.
• Review campaign results to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate with Information Security, HR, Legal, and business stakeholders as needed.
