AmerisourceBergen Corporation (Cencora) is seeking an Information Security Human Risk Analyst II to coordinate and deliver Human Risk program activities, including training, phishing simulations, onboarding, and awareness campaigns.

You will translate security expectations into engaging, behavior-focused experiences and collaborate with Information Security, HR, Legal, and business stakeholders to strengthen team readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• 2–4 years in information security awareness, training ops, or program coordination.
• Experience with phishing simulations and learning platforms a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate phishing training deployments, tracking completion and follow-up.
• Support phishing simulations from planning to post-learning reinforcement.
• Manage onboarding and role-based training workstreams.
• Draft learner communications and job aids using clear language.
• Produce status updates and maintain audit-ready documentation.
• Collaborate with Information Security, HR, Legal, and business stakeholders.
