Cencora is seeking an Information Security Human Risk Analyst I to coordinate security awareness programs and phishing simulations for our workforce. You will translate security expectations into practical, engaging learning that helps team members spot and report risks.

The role involves managing onboarding and role-based training, creating clear communications, and tracking progress with audit-ready documentation. Remote-friendly with collaboration across HR, Legal, and IT teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in information security awareness, training operations, communications, phishing simulation, instructional support, or program coordination.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Information Security training deployments, including logistics, communication planning, and progress tracking.
• Support end-to-end simulated phishing campaigns from planning to post-campaign learning reinforcement.
• Manage human risk workstreams such as onboarding, role-based training, and manager communications.
• Draft learner communications, job aids, and SOPs with clear, behavior-focused language.
• Track milestones, risks, dependencies, and issues; provide status updates to program leads.
• Maintain audit-ready evidence for training, phishing, and communications; ensure readiness for audits.
• Review campaign results to identify trends and improvement opportunities; propose next steps.
• Coordinate with Information Security, HR, Legal, Employee Relations, and technology owners.
