Security Assistant Specialist, Orlando, FL

Description:

What you will be doing:

1. Review Personnel Security Clearance Questionnaires and associated documentation for submission to the Government.
2. Initiate new and periodic investigation requests.
3. Process eligibility changes, escalate aging tickets and requests, mail security documents, and electronic fingerprint processing.

Basic Qualifications:

• Intermediate level of proficiency with data entry skills.
• Ability to perform proficiently in multiple systems simultaneously maintaining accuracy.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and competing priorities.
• Effective customer service skills.
• Effective communication skills (verbal and written).
• Must have an Interim Secret security clearance prior to start and the ability to maintain a Secret security clearance.
• High School diploma or equivalent experience/combined education, with additional specialized training in specific aspects of job functions and/or demonstrated ability to perform assigned tasks and 3 years of experience.

• Minimum of 1-year customer service experience preferred.
• Active security clearance.
