Position Overview
The Facilities, Fleet and Safety Manager will oversee facilities, fleet, and safety operations, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, security, environmental, safety, and custodial services.

Key Responsibilities

1. Fleet Management: Maintain equipment, manage vehicle lifecycle, oversee safety inspections, manage telematics systems, and prepare management reports.
2. Facilities Management: Oversee security, building maintenance, renovations, vendor relationships, and compliance with regulations.
3. Safety Coordination: Enforce OSHA regulations, develop safety programs, conduct training, and investigate incidents.
4. Other Responsibilities: Collaborate across departments, manage budgets, recruit and manage staff, and oversee security protocols.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 50 pounds and pass background checks
• Position based in Orlando, FL, with travel within Florida
