Operating under both the Aircraft Operator Standard Security Program (AOSSP) and the Twelve-Five Standard Security Program (TFSSP), you will ensure total regulatory compliance while leveraging technology to elevate security performance. The ideal candidate combines deep TSA know-how with a passion for data-driven, tech-forward solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • AOSC & Program Compliance – Execute all TSA-mandated AOSC duties and maintain inspection-ready AOSSP and TFSSP manuals, amendments, and contingency plans.

  • Technology Enablement – Champion modern security technologies to improve detection, reporting, and compliance tracking.
  • Training & Records – Develop, deliver, and document recurrent security training for crewmembers, station agents, and vendors; ensure 100 % record accuracy.
  • Risk Assessment & Audits – Conduct vulnerability assessments, threat analyses, and station audits; implement targeted mitigations aligned with industry best practices.
  • Incident Response – Lead security investigations and after-action reviews, maintaining 24/7 readiness and coordinating emergency drills and tabletop exercises.
  • Continuous Improvement – Track emerging threats, TSA Security Directives, and tech trends; propose enhancements that strengthen our security posture and streamline compliance.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years of airline or airport security management, including 2+ years as an AOSC or Alternate AOSC for a U.S. Part 121/135 carrier.
  • Direct experience administering AOSSP and/or TFSSP programs.
  • Expert knowledge of 49 CFR § 1544, and TSA Security Directives.
  • Proven success interfacing with TSA inspectors and airport security coordinators.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with security technologies.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for crafting SOPs, reports, and executive briefings.
  • Ability to obtain/maintain TSA SIDA badge and pass 10-year CHRC and drug screening.
  • On-site position at our Orlando headquarters with up to 25 % travel to domestic stations.
  • Core schedule is Monday–Friday; however, 24/7 on-call availability is required for security emergencies.
  • Competitive salary plus annual performance bonus.
  • Comprehensive health, dental, vision, and life insurance.
  • 401(k) with company match.
  • Space-available flight privileges for you and eligible dependents.
