Job summary

Four Seasons at The Surf Club in Surfside, Florida is seeking a Security Assistant Manager who brings leadership and a passion for safety to our luxury property.

You will supervise the security team, enforce safety policies, and develop preventive programs to protect guests and staff in a world-class environment. This role requires English proficiency and relevant security leadership experience.

Qualifications

• Reading, writing and spoken English proficiency.
• Experience with CPR, first aid, firefighting and crowd control.
• Two years’ experience as a Security Supervisor with performance at or above expectations.
• Ability to operate computer-based life-safety systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day security operations of the property to ensure guest, staff and asset safety.
• Review and conduct performance evaluations for Security staff.
• Implement all policies and procedures regarding security and safety.
• Design and implement preventive safety and security programs.

About The Role

Four Seasons at The Surf Club is looking for a Security Assistant Manager who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. What You Will Do

• Manage the day to day security force of the property to ensure the safety and security of all guests, personnel and property.
• Review and conduct performance evaluations for Security staff.
• Implement all policies and procedures regarding security and safety.
• Design and implement preventive safety and security programs.

What You Bring

• Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language, skilled in investigative techniques, and the ability to present a good oral representation and written product.
• Experienced in CPR, first aid, firefighting and crowd control.
• Two years’ experience as a Security Supervisor with performance level at or above Four Seasons expectations.
• The capability to understand and operate computer based systems and technically challenging life safety equipment.
