Qualifications

• CPO required.
• Armed Guard Card/License preferred.

• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of assigned areas, including interior, exterior, parking areas, and perimeter, while remaining alert to unusual activity and potential hazards.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as required, and report unauthorized access attempts or policy violations.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, coordinating with site contacts and emergency responders as appropriate.
• Complete accurate daily activity reports, incident documentation, and other required records in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific procedures.

As a Security Officer CPO Armed Patrol Readiness in Charlotte, NC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As an Armed Patrol Officer at a financial institution, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate clearly, and respond professionally to evolving situations. Pay Rate: $29.40 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, coordinating with site contacts and emergency responders as appropriate.

Minimum Requirements:

• CPO is required.
• An Armed Guard Card/License is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
