Duke University at the Nasher Museum of Art seeks a Security Ambassador who safeguards visitors and artworks while delivering a welcoming, safe, and inclusive experience. As a frontline representative, you’ll project professionalism and ensure that staff, visitors, and the broader community feel supported and respected.
You’ll implement security procedures, monitor galleries, assist guests, and support events.

As a Security Ambassador, you are a frontline representative of Duke University and the Nasher Museum—supporting safety, protecting cultural assets, and delivering exceptional visitor experience.
This position is from Saturday-Wednesday, 8am to 5pm. There will be no on call shifts.

Anticipated Pay Range: Duke University provides an annual base salary range for this position as USD $20.00 to USD $24.10. Duke University considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position; candidate's work experience, education/training, and key skills; internal peer equity; as well as market and organizational considerations when extending an offer.
