Job summary

Toyota Financial Services is seeking an ML/AI Security Lead to own the intelligence layer of a new AI-powered security platform. You will design prompt patterns, curate security data pipelines, and fine-tune models for enterprise threat detection and alert triage.

You will build evaluation frameworks, implement a robust feedback loop, and collaborate with engineers on multi-agent orchestration. Applicants should have 3+ years in production ML/AI and strong Python, PyTorch skills.

Qualifications

• Three+ years in applied ML/AI engineering with production deployment.
• Hands-on experience with LLM fine-tuning (LoRA, QLoRA, or full fine-tuning).
• Experience with cloud ML platforms (AWS SageMaker): jobs, tuning, registry, endpoints.
• Proficiency in PyTorch for training and custom architecture.
• Experience building evaluation pipelines with automated metrics and human evaluation.
• Understanding of transformer architectures and attention mechanisms.
• Python fluency with production engineering practices (CI/CD, monitoring).
• Strong communication to explain model behavior to non-ML stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design prompt engineering patterns for managed AI service integration.
• Build data pipelines from security data lake with labeling and versioning.
• Fine-tune models on enterprise security data for alert triage and classification.
• Implement analyst feedback loops to improve model accuracy.
• Develop model evaluation frameworks with metrics and analyst agreement.
• Create a model routing layer based on complexity, latency, and cost.
• Monitor production models for drift and failure modes.
• Collaborate on multi-agent architectures and autonomous triage workflows.
