Job summary

Toyota Financial Services Information Security is seeking a Cyber Threat Emulation Lead to design and execute advanced adversary simulations for global enterprise environments. You will build AI-assisted tooling and multi-stage attack workflows, extending offensive security capabilities beyond traditional red teams.

The role requires leadership of complex engagements, experience across identity, endpoints, networks, and cloud, and collaboration with defenders to improve controls.

Qualifications

• Experience conducting sophisticated adversary simulations and developing AI-assisted tooling.
• Proven ability to plan and lead end-to-end security engagements in enterprise environments.
• Familiarity with MITRE ATT&CK, STRIDE, CVSS, NIST, PCI guidelines, and privacy laws.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute end-to-end red team engagements across identity, endpoints, networks, cloud, and AI-enabled environments.
• Develop reusable offensive security tooling and attack capabilities.
• Coordinate multi-stage adversary simulations and post-exploitation emulation with speed and scale.
• Mentor other practitioners and stay current on global threat trends.
