Job summary

Toyota Financial Services Technology team is seeking a highly motivated ML/AI Security Lead to own the intelligence layer of a new AI-powered security platform in Plano, TX.

You will design prompt patterns, build data pipelines, fine-tune models, and implement a model routing layer to balance accuracy, latency, and cost. This on-site role emphasizes collaboration with security and engineering teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in applied ML/AI engineering with production deployment.
• Experience with LLM fine-tuning (LoRA/QLoRA) on domain data.
• Python fluency with CI/CD and monitoring in production.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement prompt engineering patterns for managed AI service integration.
• Build training data pipelines from security data lake—curating, labeling, and versioning datasets.
• Fine-tune models on organization-specific security data for alert triage and risk scoring.
• Implement the analyst feedback loop to continuously improve model accuracy.
• Build model evaluation frameworks with metrics (F1, precision, recall) and analyst agreement.
