Estancia La Jolla, A Noble House Hotel, is seeking a Security Agent to protect guests and property while delivering outstanding service. You will work independently and as part of a team, maintaining a positive guest experience and ensuring safety across all areas of the resort.

• Experience within a Hotel/Resort environment.
• Previous customer-related experience is an asset.
• Excellent communication skills and a professional presentation.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
• Positive, upbeat personality, able to work without supervision and able to multi-task.
• Highly responsible & reliable, must have full availability, including days, evenings, weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts as needed.
• Ability to work on AM, PM, weekend and holiday shifts as required by operational needs.
• Ability to stand/walk for long periods of time.
• Ability to lift/move/pull moderate amounts of weight.

THE JOB:

As a Security Agent, you will have the opportunity to work independently while providing safety and security. Our Security Agent will maintain positive guest relations at all times, while ensuring the security of the resort.

YOU:

To be successful in this position, we're looking for an amazing people connector, who thrives on creating experiences and problem solving. This role as Security Agent requires skills such as patience, attention to detail, a desire to take care of others and a “can do” attitude.

Requirements

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

Experience within a Hotel/Resort environment.

Previous customer-related experience is an asset
