Estancia La Jolla Hotel & Spa, part of Noble House Hotels & Resorts, seeks a friendly Front Desk Agent to welcome guests and ensure a memorable stay. You will be the first point of contact, delivering information about hotel amenities and local attractions while handling check-in and check-out with professionalism.

The role demands excellent communication, a welcoming presence, and the ability to work AM/PM shifts, including weekends and holidays. Join our team focused on guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience within a Hotel/Resort environment.
• Previous customer-related experience is an asset
• Excellent communication skills and a professional presentation
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to stand/walk for long periods
• Ability to learn and use the computer systems used at the hotel
• Highly responsible & reliable
• Ability to work AM, PM, overnight shifts, weekend, and holiday shifts as required by operational needs.

As a Front Desk Agent, you will have the opportunity to meet and interact with people from all over the world! Our Front Desk Agents proudly showcase our hotel, amenities and surroundings. The Front Desk Agent is a highly visible role in which you directly impact the guests stay and have the ability to create memorable experiences for our guests.

This role as Front Desk Agent requires skills such as patience, empathy, and a desire to make memorable experiences and provide excellent service for our guests.
