Estancia La Jolla Hotel & Spa in San Diego seeks a friendly Front Desk Agent to welcome guests, handle check-ins/outs, and showcase the property’s amenities and surroundings.

The role requires exceptional communication, empathy, and problem-solving, with the ability to work AM/PM/overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays. A welcoming, professional presentation and reliable teamwork are essential to creating memorable guest experiences.

As a Front Desk Agent, you will have the opportunity to meet and interact with people from all over the world! Our Front Desk Agents proudly showcase our hotel, amenities and surroundings. The Front Desk Agent is a highly visible role in which you directly impact the guests stay and have the ability to create memorable experiences for our guests.

This role as Front Desk Agent requires skills such as patience, empathy, and a desire to make memorable experiences and provide excellent service for our guests.

• Experience within a Hotel/Resort environment.

• Ability to work on AM, PM, overnight shifts, weekend, and holiday shifts as required by operational needs.
