Job summary

Salesforce, Inc. seeks a Manager, Office of the CISO to advise on security, privacy, and risk for strategic customers. You will partner with Sales, Legal, Product, Engineering, and Security to resolve complex questions and enable adoption of secure cloud solutions.

You will lead security reviews, present architectures, and guide contractual requirements across global accounts. A CISSP/CCSP/CISM or equivalent credential is preferred.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in cybersecurity, cloud security, security architecture, risk management, or compliance.
• Experience working with enterprise customers on security, privacy, or risk matters, including presenting to CISOs/CIOs.
• Strong knowledge of IAM, data protection, cloud security, and frameworks such as SOC 1/2, ISO 27001, NIST, PCI DSS.
• Able to translate complex regulatory topics for technical and executive audiences in global organizations.
• Experience with regulated industries (Financial Services, Banking, Insurance, Healthcare, Public Sector).

Responsibilities

• Lead complex security reviews for strategic accounts across AMER and LACA.
• Present security architecture, controls, and compliance posture in executive briefings and workshops.
• Collaborate with Legal and Privacy on contractual security requirements and audits.
• Guide Sales, Solution Engineering, and Customer Success on questionnaires and escalations.
• Develop customer-facing security documentation and enablement materials.
