Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in cybersecurity, cloud security, security architecture, risk management or compliance.
• Extensive experience working with enterprise customers on security, privacy or risk matters, including presenting to executives.
• Strong knowledge of cloud and SaaS security architecture, IAM, data protection and major frameworks (SOC 1/2, ISO 27001, NIST, PCI DSS).

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted security advisor to customer CISOs, CIOs, security executives, and risk leaders, guiding complex reviews for strategic accounts across AMER and LACA.
• Present Salesforce's security architecture, controls, and compliance posture during executive briefings, workshops, and conferences.
• Partner with Legal and Privacy teams on security contractual requirements and guide Sales, Solution Engineering, and Customer Success on questionnaires, audits and escalations.
• Develop customer-facing security documentation and enablement materials, and synthesize feedback into product recommendations.
