Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Director, Enterprise Security, BISO to own the security posture of major Enterprise BUs and to be the primary liaison between BU leadership and Enterprise Security, shaping risk posture and remediation sequencing with engineers and executives.

This senior role requires deep technical fluency across cloud, identity, application, and AI/ML security, plus the ability to influence at the C-suite and board level while growing a team of Security Partner professionals.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in cybersecurity or IT risk within a large enterprise.
• Deep fluency across cloud, identity, application, and AI/ML security.
• Proven ability to communicate risk to CISO, CIO, and Board audiences.
• Experience leading security teams and operating in ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end security relationship for assigned BU and serve as primary contact between BU leadership and Enterprise Security.
• Manage risk register with severity, prioritization, and remediation sequencing.
• Lead security reviews, threat models, and architecture decisions.
• Lead incident response on security incidents coordinating CSOC and executives.
