Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Manager, Office of the CISO in New York to serve as a trusted security, compliance, privacy, and risk advisor to enterprise customers. You will partner with Sales, Customer Success, Legal, Product, Engineering, and Security to address complex security and regulatory questions, especially for regulated industries.

You will lead security reviews, present architectures and controls in executive settings, and guide contractual security negotiations, audits, and information

Qualifications

• 8+ years of cybersecurity, cloud security, security architecture, risk management, or compliance in enterprise or SaaS environments.
• Direct experience with enterprise customers on security, privacy, or risk matters.
• Strong knowledge of cloud/SaaS security architecture, IAM, data protection, and major frameworks (SOC 1/2, ISO 27001, NIST, PCI DSS).
• Ability to translate complex technical topics into guidance for technical and executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted security advisor to CISOs, CIOs, security executives and risk leaders across AMER and LACA.
• Present security architecture, controls, and compliance posture in executive briefings and workshops; discuss cloud security and AI risk.
• Collaborate with Legal and Privacy on security requirements; guide Sales, Solution Engineering, and Customer Success on audits and questionnaires.
• Develop customer-facing security documentation and enablement materials; synthesize feedback for Product and Security teams.
