Job summary

Salesforce is seeking Security Partner professionals at multiple levels to work directly with enterprise leadership within the Security organization. You will drive risk management for business units, lead threat modeling, and articulate security positions backed by data and AI tooling.

You will collaborate with architecture and security teams to accelerate risk remediation, ensuring accountability and measurable improvements over time. A CISSP/CISA/CISM and cloud security experience are a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity, IT risk, or a closely related discipline within a large, complex enterprise or consulting environment.
• Strong understanding of security control methodologies and frameworks (COSO, NIST CSF, NIST SP 800-53) and translating them into business risk.
• Defensible technical perspective with clear risk prioritization; strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a current, prioritized risk register for your BU, weighing compensating controls and final risk-call authority at senior grades.
• Lead security design reviews and threat models with AI tooling and apply sound judgment on outputs needing human review.
• Provide your BU with the right security expertise and represent the BU's voice in security forums, with growing ownership at senior levels.
• Drive risk remediation plans and bug closure to completion with clear ownership and accountability.
