Job summary

Salesforce in New York, NY seeks a Manager, Office of the CISO to serve as a trusted security, privacy, and risk advisor to its largest customers. You will partner with Sales, Legal, Product, Engineering, and Security to resolve complex questions and enable secure adoption for regulated industries.

You will lead security reviews, present architecture and controls in executive settings, and guide contractual security work with Legal and Privacy teams, shaping product and engineering security

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in cybersecurity, cloud security, risk management, or compliance.
• Experience working with enterprise customers on security, compliance, privacy, or risk matters.
• Strong knowledge of cloud/SaaS security architecture, IAM, data protection, and major frameworks.
• Ability to translate complex topics into clear guidance for technical and executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted security advisor to customer CISOs, CIOs, and risk leaders for strategic accounts in AMER and LACA.
• Present Salesforce's security architecture, controls, and compliance posture to executives and workshops.
• Collaborate with Legal and Privacy on contractual security requirements and audits.
• Develop customer-facing security materials and translate feedback into product and engineering improvements.
