Job summary

You will work under the Chief of Security, performing duties to ensure visitors are welcomed professionally and briefed on site procedures. The role includes identifying visitors, logging entries, inspecting for prohibited items, handling packages, enforcing SOPs, and assisting with risk reduction

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in security operations is a plus.
• US citizenship is required for eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Check identification of all visitors and sponsor/clear via DISS or local database.
• Log visitors, issue badges, and notify hosts of arrivals.
• Inspect bags/hand-carried items to prevent prohibited materials.
• Assist with emergency procedures (bomb threat, active shooter, evacuations).
• Receive and distribute packages per site procedures.
• Ensure personnel have authorized access badges and enforce SOPs.
