Job summary

Global Resource Solutions, Inc. (GRS) is seeking a Security Administration/Visitor Control professional to manage entry control, visitor processing, and related security duties under the Chief of Security. Responsibilities include ID checks, badge issuance, and coordinating with hosts and staff.

The role requires familiarity with security policies, experience with government-related security protocols, and the ability to respond to security incidents and emergencies with composure.

Qualifications

• Two to Four years related experience in security or visitor control.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related area or equivalent experience (Four years).
• Prior experience in special program security is preferred, but entry-level training is available.

Responsibilities

• Check visitor identifications and sponsor/clear via JPAS or local database; log visits and issue badges.
• Ensure visitors do not possess prohibited items and assist with bag checks.
• Receive packages and distribute per procedures; verify access for staff.
• Ensure personnel display authorized access badges; maintain logs and badges.
• Execute emergency procedures for bomb threats, active shooter, and evacuations.
• Assist with personnel, information, program security and entry control functions.
