Job summary

P-11 Security is seeking a Security Visitor Control professional for a government-facing facility in Massachusetts. You will perform entry control, sponsor verification, and basic program security tasks under the Chief of Security.

The role requires 1–2 years of related experience, a Bachelor's degree, and the ability to obtain/maintain a Secret clearance with potential Top Secret/SCI/SAP eligibility; CI polygraph is also required.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years related experience
• Bachelor's degree in a related area or equivalent experience (4 years)
• Must have at least a Secret Clearance to start and able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret/SCI/SAP eligibility
• CI polygraph required

Responsibilities

• Check identification of all visitors and ensure sponsorship/clearance via JPAS or local database
• Log visitors, issue badges, and notify hosts of arrivals
• Ensure visitors do not bring prohibited items and assist with bag checks
• Receive and distribute packages per SOPs
• Verify authorized access badges and assist with program security and entry control
• Perform emergency procedures for bomb threats, active shooter, and fire evacuations
