Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of related security experience.
• Must hold at least a Secret clearance to start, with Top Secret/SCI/SAP eligibility.
• Experience with visitor control, access management, and security procedures preferred.
• Prior experience in special program security preferred.

Responsibilities

• Check identification for all visitors and ensure they are sponsored and properly cleared.
• Determine visitors' need to enter the building, log visitors, issue visitor badges, and notify hosts of visitor arrivals.
• Check assigned personnel and ensure they have and display authorized access badges.
• Screen all non-cleared workers, vehicles, and equipment entering or exiting the project site.
• Provide perimeter and internal access control and escort personnel or materials within controlled construction areas, as assigned.
• Follow and enforce customer SOPs.
• Ensure visitors do not bring prohibited items and perform bag inspections as needed.
• Conduct inspections of materials and deliveries for secure areas.
