Job summary

Global Resource Solutions, Inc. (GRS) seeks a diligent Security Administration/Visitor Control professional to support entry control, personnel and information security functions.

The role reports to the Chief of Security and ensures visitors are properly logged, sponsored, and greeted professionally. The candidate should have 2–4 years of related experience, a related bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and readiness to work in a security-focused environment with MS Office skills and ability to

Qualifications

• Two to four years related experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related area or equivalent experience (Four years).
• Prior experience in special program security work preferred, but willing to train entry-level if otherwise qualified.

Responsibilities

• Check visitor identifications and sponsorship; log visitors and issue badges.
• Assist with emergency procedures (bomb threat, active shooter, fire evacuation).
• Receive and distribute packages per SOPs.
• Ensure authorized access badges are worn by personnel.
• Support security and entry control functions as needed.
