Job summary

TAC Integrated Solutions seeks a Security Administration/Visitor Control professional based at Hanscom AFB, MA, to manage entry control, personnel and information security tasks under the Chief of Security. Qualifications

• 1-2 years of related experience
• Prior experience in special program security preferred but training considered for qualified entry-level candidates

Responsibilities

• Check the identification of all visitors and ensure sponsorship/clearance
• Log visitors, issue visitor badges, and notify hosts of arrivals
• Ensure visitors do not bring prohibited items (phones, drives, PDAs)
• Assist with bag/hand-carried item inspections
• Receive and distribute packages per SOP
• Verify personnel have authorized access badges
• Perform emergency procedures for bomb threats, active shooter, etc.
• Account for logs, instructions, equipment and badges at start/end of day
• Assist with personnel, information, and program security and entry control functions
