Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in security management or operations, strong scheduling and budgeting skills, and demonstrated ability to coordinate with clients and law enforcement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• Valid driver’s license if driving a company or personal vehicle.
• Minimum of two (2) years in business operations, security management, or supervising teams.
• Experience leading and developing a team with strong client relationships.
• Knowledge of emergency preparedness, security protocols, risk assessments, and coordination with law enforcement.
• Ability to evaluate situations, make independent decisions, and resolve conflicts.
• Proficiency with web-based apps and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage scheduling using AI-powered tech to meet client contract hours while minimizing unbilled overtime.
• Lead and develop security teams; oversee payroll, performance, and employee relations.
• Enhance client relationships as the primary contact for high-quality service.
• Handle security incidents and emergencies, coordinating with clients and internal teams.
• Direct compliance and security operational excellence; oversee training, safety, and site standards; manage inventory.
