• Develop a comprehensive understanding of site operations, policies, procedures, and client expectations.
• Train new personnel on site-specific duties and post responsibilities.
• Evaluate newly assigned security staff for competency before independent work.
• Provide coaching and performance feedback to promote operational excellence.
• Supervise daily field operations and resolve operational challenges in line with policies.
• Mentor officers through hands-on leadership and accountability for growth.
• Foster a positive, professional, customer-service oriented culture.
• Spend time outdoors in shopping center environments with walking and patrols.
• Communicate updates on operations, staffing, training needs, and site issues promptly.
