Qualifications

• 5+ years managing a business portfolio with P&L in the manned guarding field
• 3+ years managing physical data center security protocols and operations
• Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
• Experience coordinating & leading new customer start-ups
• Strong ability to multi-task and prioritize urgent staffing needs
• Proven ability to build relationships with community-based methods
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Self-starter in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and scheduling/ATS systems

Responsibilities

• Oversee security operations and customer contract services for the Guarding division
• Maintain performance within fiscal parameters; strong P&L management required
• Ensure audit procedures comply with governmental regulations
• Recruit and interview new employees to meet client needs
• Execute operations and training while following corporate procedures
• Regularly meet with customers to align goals and objectives
• Develop client relations and secure new business opportunities
• Set staff schedules and assign coverage to meet client needs
• Train, evaluate, and discipline staff; document performance and actions
• Prepare reports and respond to inquiries with documentation
• Follow safety rules and report hazards immediately
• May be asked to perform other duties as needed
