Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with access control systems preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, drivers, visitors, and employees while carrying out security-related procedures and emergency response activities.
• Monitor and control access points for a logistics and distribution location, verifying credentials and recording entries.
• Respond to access-related incidents and alarms in a calm, problem-solving manner and notify site contacts or emergency services as directed.
• Conduct regular patrols of access points, loading areas, parking locations, and perimeter to identify unauthorized activity.
• Maintain accurate access-control logs and incident reports per site procedures and Allied Universal requirements.
