Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license may be required per site policy.
• Guard card or license preferred depending on location.
• Comfort with using a computer or tablet for reporting.
• Age 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Successful background check and drug screen as per law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and enforce site policies at a logistics/distribution location.
• Respond calmly to incidents and critical situations following site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of loading areas and perimeters.
• Monitor access points and observe personnel, visitors, vehicles, and deliveries.
• Document incidents and communicate concerns to site leadership.
