Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, drivers, visitors, and employees while following security procedures.
• Monitor and control access points, verify credentials, log entries, and direct authorized personnel.
• Respond to access-related incidents calmly and notify appropriate contacts or emergency services.
• Conduct patrols of access points, loading areas, parking locations, and perimeter to identify policy concerns.
• Maintain access-control logs and incident reports per site procedures.
