Job summary

Securitas US Business Unit is hiring for a Security - Full Time position in Santa Fe, NM. Salary is hourly, with swing/grave shifts including weekends. The role focuses on access control, patrolling, and maintaining a safe environment for client sites.

Responsibilities include de-escalation, reporting hazards, and providing customer service to employees and guests. Candidates should have a high school diploma, strong computer skills, and the ability to stay calm under pressure.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent customer service and team leadership skills.
• Above average computer / technology skills.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgment.

• Conflict resolution and de-escalation.
• Frequent interactions with client employees and guests.
• Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or any suspicious activity.
• Ensure that all post orders are followed and assigned rounds are completed.
• Provide customer service and information to the client’s employees and guests.
• Utilizing technology devices throughout shift.
• Conduct tours of the property.
• Carry out specific tasks and duties of similar nature and scope as required for assigned site.

Primary Location: Santa Fe, NM

Wage Range: $19.00-$23.00/HR

1. Swing / Grave Shift:

• Fri & Sat: 2100 - 0400 ($19.00/HR)
• Sat & Sun: 1300 - 2100 ($23.00/HR)

2. Grave Shift:

• Sun - Thurs: 2100 - 0400 (/$19.00/HR)

They preserve order whileenforcing regulations and directives for our client sites pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area.

• Must be certified level 1 and in good standing.
• Open availability preferred.
