Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. is hiring for a full-time Security position based in ABQ, NM. The role handles access control, patrols, and client-facing duties to maintain a safe environment across client sites.

Daily shifts run Tue–Fri, with on-site responsibilities and strong emphasis on customer service and vigilance. You will work with monitoring devices, report hazards, and respond to emergencies with professional judgment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Above average computer/technology skills.
• Security, law enforcement, or military experience is a plus.
• Excellent customer service and team leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Stay calm and professional during stressful situations.
• Great attention to detail and vigilance throughout shift.
• Professional demeanor at all times.
• Respond to emergencies with rapid/appropriate judgment and escalation.
• Willingness to complete pre-employment screening (drug test and background).
• Must have a valid NM driver’s license.
• Willingness to obtain CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or suspicious activity.
• Ensure all post orders are followed and rounds completed.
• Provide customer service and information to client’s employees and guests.

• Carry out tasks and duties of similar nature for assigned site.

Primary Location: ABQ, NM

Wage: $18.00/HR

Day Shift: Tues - Fri: 0700 - 1700

Grave Shift: Tues - Fri : 2200 - 0600

Our Security helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including access control and patrolling a variety of locations. They preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for our client sites pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area.
