Job summary

Securitas in Albuquerque, NM seeks a Security Officer for full-time day or grave shifts. You will monitor premises, control access, patrol sites, and assist clients and guests with service and information.

Requirements include 18+, HS diploma or GED, strong computer skills, and the ability to stay calm during emergencies; pre-employment screening is required. Benefits and weekly pay offered.

Primary Location: ABQ, NM

Wage:$18.00/HR

Day Shift: Tues - Fri:0700 - 1700

Grave Shift: Tues - Fri: 2200 - 0600

Our Security helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including access control and patrolling a variety of locations. They preserve order whileenforcing regulations and directives for our client sites pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area.

What You Can Expect:

Basic Requirements:

• 18 years of age or older.

• Security, Law Enforcement, or Military experience a plus.
• Excellent customer service and team leadership skills needed.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Must be able to remain calm and professional during stressful situations.
• Must have great attention to detail and remain vigilant throughout shift.
• Must have a professional demeanor.
• Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgment and use appropriate escalation.
• All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
• Must have a valid NM Driver's License.
• Must be willing to get CPR certified.
