Job summary

Aprio is seeking a Manager, Securitization and Structured Products Services to join its Audit team in a fast-growing firm with a national footprint. The Structured Products Group delivers AUPs for asset-backed securities and securitizations, collaborating with lenders, investment banks, and asset managers.

The ideal candidate has deep ABS modeling experience within a structured products team at a recognized accounting firm, with opportunities to grow and lead modeling workstreams while engaging

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; CPA, MBA, or master’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in securitization, structured products, or asset management.
• Hands-on cash flow modeling experience; strong Excel skills; VBA or Python a plus.

Responsibilities

• Model and recalculate cash flows — independently rebuild asset and bond cash flows for ABS transactions.
• Analyze collateral through loan pool analysis and legal document review.
• Tie out results and explain discrepancies for final report accuracy.
• Deliver as a team — coordinate with internal and external parties on the AUP report.
• Run the modeling workstream — manage modeling on live deals and client communication.
• Improve workflows — document procedures to support efficient deliverables.
• Communicate clearly with clients and all levels of the organization.
