The group handles structured finance and securitization for financial institutions, issuers and investors, offering cross-functional exposure in finance, capital markets and corporate matters.

Qualifications

• 2-6 years of experience in structured finance or related field.
• Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex transactional documents.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Interest in developing a practice focused on asset securitization.

Responsibilities

• Represent financial institutions, issuers, investors, and corporate clients in asset securitization and structured finance transactions.
• Advise clients on financing structures, including asset-backed and securitization transactions.
• Assist with acquisitions and sales of portfolios of financial assets.
• Represent lenders, borrowers, and other parties in secured and unsecured credit facilities.
• Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents and related agreements.
• Analyze commercial, securities, and bankruptcy issues arising in structured finance.
• Collaborate with finance, capital markets, and corporate teams on complex financing matters.
