Our client in the national Structured Finance practice seeks Asset Securitization Associates with 2-6 years of experience to join a growing team advising financial institutions, investors, and corporate clients on complex securitization deals.

Qualifications

• 2-6 years in structured finance, securitization, banking and finance, or related transactional practice.
• Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex transactional documents.
• Interest in developing a practice focused on asset securitization and structured finance.

Responsibilities

• Represent financial institutions, issuers, investors, and corporate clients in asset securitization and structured finance transactions.
• Advise clients on financing structures, including asset-backed and securitization transactions.
• Assist with acquisitions and sales of portfolios of financial assets.
• Represent lenders, borrowers, and other parties in secured and unsecured credit facilities.
• Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents, offering materials, financing statements, and related agreements.
• Analyze commercial, securities, and bankruptcy law issues in structured finance transactions.
• Collaborate with clients and colleagues across finance, capital markets, and corporate practices on sophisticated financing matters.
