The Structured Finance Group is a specialized team of capital markets professionals that provides Advisory services for a critical element of Structured Finance Bond issuance. The Structured Finance Team provides Agreed Upon Procedures (AUP) reports principally for new issue securitizations, however, certain Structured Finance products also require yearly or quarterly AUP reports that create an annuity of revenue throughout the bonds duration. Clients include Investment Banks, Asset Managers, Corporations, and Government Sponsored Entities.
The Structured Products Senior Manager will work with, train, and grow the Aprio Structured Finance Team and establish it as a formidable option for AUP support services. The Structured Finance Senior Manager will be responsible for all aspects of managing the AUP report process from start to finish. The Structured Finance Senior Manager will work closely with Aprio’s Principals, Partners and Managing Directors to network, educate and collaborate in cross selling, identify existing clients that may be candidates for AUP services, and target new clients. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in one or more of the key components of a Structured Products AUP with a nationally recognized accounting firm.
$189,700 - $262,200 a year
The salary range for this opportunity is stated above. As such, an actual salary may fall closer to one or the other end of the range, and in certain circumstances, may wind up being outside of the listed salary range.
