About the role:

Our Securities Operations team specializes in asset transfers, providing support to banking customers and clients every day. We value thoughtfulness and high performance from everyone at FIS and look forward to having you on the team!

This role is in either Atlanta GA or Jacksonville FL. This is a hybrid style role with Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday as in office days.

What you will be doing:

• Processing incoming asset transfer requests, including DTC, DWAC, DRS, and Mutual Funds.
• Proactively calling contra-firms or mutual fund companies to complete requests.
• Following up on open transfers and providing updates to clients.
• Communicating professionally with clients and third parties through multiple channels.
• Researching and resolving account questions and problems.
• Handling high-risk tasks with regulatory or monetary implications.

What you bring:

• 2-3 years of experience in securities operations.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Banking or financial industry experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
• Detail-oriented and focused on quality.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.

Added bonus if you have:

• Experience with ACATS, Sungard GlobalPlus, AddVantage, Trustdesk, or DTCC platform.
