Job description

Title:Cash Analyst-Treasury Management
Location: 100% Remote
Duration: 6+ contract
Compensation: $36.00-$37.25
Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the US

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly analytical Cash Disbursement & Treasury Support Analyst to oversee day-to-day cash disbursement functions, ensuring timely and accurate payment execution. This role requires close collaboration with agent banks, business units, and front-office teams to support funding operations across various product lines, including Fixed Income, Money Market, Derivatives, Structured Products, Broker Dealers, and Loans. The ideal candidate will possess strong accounting knowledge, proficiency in ERP platforms and SAP software, and the ability to analyze cash positions and general ledgers to optimize liquidity management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily cash disbursement activities in accordance with firm policies and industry standards.
  • Maintain close communication with agent banks and internal business units to ensure seamless payment execution.
  • Handle cash disbursement inquiries and conduct internal investigations related to transactions.
  • Provide funding support to Treasury across multiple financial product lines.
  • Validate projected balances and confirm real-time positions, including intraday liquidity management.
  • Analyze cash positions, general ledgers, and balance sheets of traders' portfolios to ensure proper funding allocation.
  • Ensure correct cost-of-carry allocation is applied to the respective business lines.
  • Communicate with various departments regarding positions, transactions, and cash movements.
  • Interface with front-office teams regarding daily cash requirements and balances.
  • Assist traders with late trades and position management for all in-scope currencies, supporting global FX initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and cash management processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and SAP software.
  • Experience working with ERP platforms for financial transactions and reporting.
  • Familiarity with general ledger reconciliation, balance sheet analysis, and cost allocation methods.
  • Ability to comply with Bank and Industry Codes of Conduct and regulatory standards.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Willingness to stay updated on industry best practices by attending educational workshops and training sessions.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in banking, treasury, or financial services operations.
  • Knowledge of cash management systems and financial risk management strategies.
  • Previous experience supporting traders or front-office operations.
