Job summary

Clear Street is seeking an experienced Associate to support the Securities Lending Operations, partnering with trading to improve platform efficiency. You will manage stock loan lifecycles, settlements, and risk controls across equity and fixed income, coordinating with brokers and CCPs for accurate cash and collateral processes.

You will be a key contact for Equity Finance operations, contribute to onboarding, and help align the Middle Office with growth while maintaining regulatory compliance

Qualifications

• 2+ years in securities lending operations.
• Experience with loan booking, settlement, and term loans.
• Cross-asset knowledge across fixed income and equity.
• Familiarity with securities lending platforms (Loanet/Equilend/Broad).
• Knowledge of SFTR/CSDR applicable to financing transactions.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end stock loan lifecycle from trade capture to settlement.
• Oversee return, recall, buy-in processes and settlement cut-offs.
• Oversee corporate action processing across the finance book.
• Monitor KPIs, reconciliations and margin calls.
• Perform daily position and cash reconciliations with brokers and CCPs.
• Collaborate with Settlement to manage fails risk.
• Support onboarding and liaise with Revenue Finance for accruals.
