Responsibilities

• Manages end-to-end workflow; prioritizes tasks to meet objectives.
• Ensures compliance with customer/bank guidelines and procedures.
• Assists staff to ensure accurate payment processing.
• Approves release of payments and resolves trade discrepancies.
• Verifies reports and ensures regulatory and ethical standards.
• Participates in disaster recovery exercises for system resilience.
