Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a dedicated Warehouse/Record Center Specialist in Houston to maintain the security and integrity of customer assets while efficiently processing storage containers in the record center. You will handle approximately 200 secure storage boxes daily for retrieval or return, using the Safekeeper system for accurate scanning.

Responsibilities include physical logistics, loading/unloading trailers, moving and weighing items, and strict adherence to security standards and data

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a warehouse, records center, or similar operations.
• Capability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 60 pounds.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Process and fulfill customer orders using the Safekeeper system for scanning barcodes and locations.
• Perform physical logistics including loading/unloading, moving, weighing, sorting, and tool use.
• Maintain a clean, secure work area and protect customer information per security protocols.
