Job summary

TENICA is seeking a Technical Operations Coordinator to ensure reliable conference room operations for secure meetings across Intelligence Community environments. You will manage AV, VTC, and IT systems lifecycle, with emphasis on security compliance and user training.

Qualified applicants have TS/SCI with CI poly, a relevant degree with years of experience, and hands-on experience with Zoom/Teams/Webex, Alleo, and PowerPoint in secured settings.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph.
• Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of relevant experience, or master’s degree with 2+ years of relevant experience, or associate’s degree with 6+ years of relevant experience, or high school diploma with 9+ years of relevant experience.
• Hands-on experience with video conferencing platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or Webex.
• Experience with AV systems, VTC systems, AV integration, and networking fundamentals.
• Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, networking, conferencing, and presentation systems.
• Working knowledge and experience supporting PowerPoint and Alleo software in conference room or collaboration environments.
• Systems engineering experience supporting the lifecycle of secure AV/VTC/IT systems, including requirements decomposition, interface definition, integration, test planning, validation, risk identification, and technical documentation.
• Software systems engineering experience supporting collaboration or conferencing platforms, including requirements management, configuration control, quality assurance, test execution, release/change tracking, and stakeholder coordination.
• Experience supporting classified or otherwise secure enterprise environments.
• Experience with system security engineering, patch and change management, approved configuration maintenance, and coordination of cybersecurity or RMF/ATO-related compliance activities.
• IT or AV-related certifications such as CTS, ITIL, CompTIA Security+, or equivalent certifications sufficient to meet applicable DoD 8570/8140 requirements at a minimum IAT II level.

Responsibilities

• The Technical Operations Coordinator is responsible for ensuring reliable and high-performance conference room operations supporting secure meetings, briefings, and collaboration within Intelligence Community environments.
• Setup, maintenance, troubleshooting, and lifecycle support of AV, VTC, and IT systems.
• Oversee the setup, configuration, operation, and maintenance of AV and IT systems supporting conference rooms.
• Analyze, diagnose, and resolve hardware, software, networking, and conferencing issues affecting secure meeting environments.
• Ensure VTC systems comply with security protocols and operational standards.
• Provide technical support and user training for AV systems and related tools, including Alleo.
• Apply systems engineering principles across lifecycle of secure AV/VTC/IT systems.
• Conduct inspections, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and upgrades of AV/IT infrastructure.
• Support software systems engineering activities for collaboration platforms.
• Recommend technical enhancements to improve system reliability and user experience.
• Maintain documentation of configurations, troubleshooting procedures, and maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with IT, facilities, cybersecurity, and other teams to resolve issues and implement upgrades.
• Support secure enterprise AV/VTC environments through patch and change management and RMF/ATO compliance.
• Provide Tier I/Tier II troubleshooting and technical support for AV, VTC, IT, and related systems.
• Support system administration and IT activities for conference room and collaboration environments.
