Range Construction, LLC seeks a Secure Space Self-Perform (SSSP) Project Manager to join our Washington, DC team. You will lead planning, coordination, and execution of nationwide SSSP projects, working closely with our in-house craftsmen, superintendents, and Federal clients to deliver complex facilities from preconstruction to closeout.

The role requires strong scheduling, procurement, and logistics management, with leadership and communication skills essential for coordinating across multiple

Qualifications

• Experience managing commercial or Federal construction projects
• Experience leading self-perform construction operations
• Experience with quality control, inspections, and project documentation
• Federal construction experience preferred
• Experience supporting secure or classified construction environments preferred
• Active U.S. security clearance a plus
• OSHA 30, EM 385-1-1, or CQM-C certifications are a plus

Responsabilités

• Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of Secure Space Self-Perform projects across the United States.
• Collaborate with in-house craftsmen, superintendents, executive leadership, and Federal clients to deliver complex projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Manage project schedules and coordinate self-perform field operations and specialty subcontractors.
• Oversee procurement and logistics, maintain quality control, and support field execution.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.
