• Federal construction experience preferred
• Experience supporting secure or classified construction environments preferred
• Active U.S. security clearance a plus
• OSHA 30, EM 385-1-1, or CQM-C certifications are a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of Secure Space Self-Perform projects across the United States.
• Collaborate with in-house craftsmen, superintendents, executive leadership, and Federal clients to deliver complex projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Manage project schedules and coordinate self-perform field operations and specialty subcontractors.
• Oversee procurement and logistics, maintain quality control, and support field execution.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.

Role Description

Range Construction is seeking a Secure Space Self-Perform (SSSP) Project Manager to join our Washington, DC team.

This role will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of Secure Space Self-Perform projects across the United States. The Project Manager will work closely with our in-house craftsmen, superintendents, executive leadership, and Federal clients to deliver complex construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.

Responsibilities include managing project schedules, coordinating self-perform field operations and specialty subcontractors, overseeing procurement and logistics, maintaining quality control, supporting field execution, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.
